Thomas Honoré, ColumbusColumbus has purchased High Software, a Netherlands-based company, which markets rental and lease management applications for equipment-driven industries. The deal comes on the heels of the acquisition of Swedish iStone by the Denmark-based reseller and software developer.

High, which has 55 employees, markets the DynaRent and DynaLease applications. “We see our customers innovating and differentiating themselves by offering their equipment as services, Columbus CEO Thomas Honoré said in a prepared statement. Columbus added 600 employees with the acquisition of iStone and in particular added that company’s M3 (Infor Lawson) business. Columbus employed about 1,200 people before both deals.
