The company introduced Redwood at the recent SuiteWorld conference. “It’s not just a new look, but improvements to usability,” said Evan Goldberg, the EVP who runs the NetSuite unit. Goldberg said the new design will be seen in dashboards, forms and lists while there is also a new AI-aided search. Goldberg demonstrated the use of natural language to query the database and the impact of the answers are shown. New features include the use of AI in NetSuite Financial Exception Management to automatically detect financial exceptions. “I can see all exceptions at a glance,” he said. The system predicts the impact of any changes. Another feature is the SuiteAnalytics Assistant to create reports and visualizations with SuiteAnalytics and generative AI. In addition, the Open Air PSA line, which NetSuite acquired in 2008, has been renamed as NetSuite SuiteProjects, with SuiteProjects Pro accessed as a new home page within NetSuite and also sporting the Redwood design. Pro is expected to be available within the next 12 months. On the content side, the new Prompt Studio can be utilized to give enable administrators and developers to configure the format, tone, and creativity level of responses.
