REPAY FY20 REVS RISE 48 PERCENT Featured

 Repay Holdings, which has been on an acquisition path, reported revenue for $155 million for the 12 months ended December 31, a 48- percent increase over 2019. The pro forma net loss for the most recently completed year was $13.9 million down from a loss of $39.9 million for 2019.

The comparisons involve the combination of a predecessor company from Jan. 1, 2019 through July 2010, 2019 and the company as currently constituted for the rest of that year. Revenue for five acquired operations, TriSource, APS Payments, Ventanex, cPayPlus and CPS, added about $40.4 million to 2020 revenue. During a recent earnings webinar, CEO John Morris said the company adding 30 partners during the quarter, primarily by acquisition, bringing the total of ISV integrations to 124. There are about 45 B2B software integrations and a supplier network of about 60,000 on the AP sie of the business.
