UNIT4 TURNS IN O.K. QUARTER
Unit4, which markets the Coda and Agresso lines, said its license revenue for the third quarter ending September 30 was up by more than 20 percent in Scandinavia, North America and Asia.
The company's German business also performed well. However, both earnings and top-line growth were not so robust. EBITDA for the most recently ended quarter was about $28.2 million, an increase of 2 percent over a year ago. Revenue was about $141.2 million, up 3 percent. The improved EBIDTA and EBIDTA margin came despite increased investments in FinancialForce.com in which Unit4 is the majority investor. The company said SaaS/Subscription revenue showed strong growth but there was also organic growth in traditional license revenue.
