CENTRAL DATA BUYS LOWERY SYSTEMS Featured

Dan Lowery, Lowery SystemsCentral Data Systems of Farmington Hills, Mich., has acquired St. Louis, Mo.-based Lowery Systems. Terms were not disclosed. Both firms carry Infor distribution software products.

However, CDS says the deal brings it “a deep sub-vertical niche in both the construction and fastener industries.” CFO Joe Davidson reported in the company’s submission for Bob Scott’s Top 100 Firms 2018 that CDS has $6 million in annual revenue and 38 employees. LSi was founded in 1984 by Dan Lowery. The LSi deal also brought two products to CDS—InFlight Enterprise a fastener-specific module and FACTS Equipment Rental for the construction supply market. CDS also markets Acumatica and JAAS Advanced Manufacturing Software for Acumatica.
