The announcement by Pine, which is owned by Evergreen Services, cited Dziedzic’s more than 10 years in private equity. His arrival follows the recent hiring of Jana Schmidt as Pine’s CEO. In the last two years, Evergreen has purchased the Alliance Solutions Group, Alta Vista Technology, Digitek Solutions, Strategic Information Group, Third Wave Business Solutions and Western Computer. When Schmidt was hired Evergreen indicated it is still on the M&A trail. Dziedzic was previously president and CFO of Evergreen portfolio company NMR Holding from October 2022 through February this year. Before that, he spent three years, eight months with Diversified where he was CFO from 2021 through October 2022
