Sale of Dynamics services boosted results for reseller Columbus, which reported a 9-percent increase in revenue for the second quarter ended June 30.

The 17-percent increase in Dynamics services was a strong factor as they represent 52 percent of total revenue. The Denmark-based company reported approximately $64 million in revenue with $33.6 million coming from Dynamics Services. M3 Services contributed about $12 million in revenue. The United States, whose revenue now comprises about 5 percent of the total, reached roughly $3 million, a five-percent increase for the quarter, but still leaving sales for the half down 4 percent. The strong growth for Columbus came in the United King where revenue of approximately $11.6 million was 43-percent higher than in the year-earlier half. The larger Denmark market contributed about $16 million in revenue, up 28 percent.
