The deal is expected to close in the quarter ending December 31, Xero’s FY 2025 third quarter. Xero will continue to offer Syft as a stand-along product and over time will embed its functionality in Xero over time and will be used to accelerate the company’s reporting and analytics offerings in Australia, the United Kingdom, the United States and its other markets. Headquartered in Johannesburg, S.A., Sft employs 70 individuals who will join Xero. Syft can earn another $30 million based on its performance.
