Since then, there have been some significant personnel changes. The company's COO Paul Frydman took the same position with Net@Work at the end of June. The company named Diana Kyser to replace Frydman and hired Andrew Nunez as chief sales officer. Despite all the changes, SWK reported a strong performance for the second quarter ended June 30 with a 29-percent rise in product revenue and an overall revenue increase of 44.9 percent while earnings jumped sharply.

Brian Nunes, formerly head of marketing for SWK Technologies, has taken a job with MicroAccounting. Nunes' job change comes as Livingston, N.J.-based SWK is in a state of flux following the departure of CEO Jeff Roth in May. Nunes had served as SWKs VP of marketing, channel, and strategic alliances from June 2015.
